Here at The Orange Tree it's the ever-changing Specials Board which is the main attraction. Our chefs are asked to source and prepare an exciting variety of freshly made dishes using local produce wherever possible.
We also have a Standard Menu which guarantees that the most popular dishes such as our Battered Fish of the Day (Gluten Free), Homemade Pie of the Day and of course The Orange Tree Burger are always available. In other words dishes which are so popular we daren't take them off!
Sundays are extra special here with three Roasts all cooked on the day with a choice of - for example - Topside of Suffolk Beef, Slow Cooked Shoulder of Hertfordshire Lamb or Essex Pork with Crackling, Chicken or Venison. Plenty to please everyone but feel free to ask what this Sunday's choices are when booking. Roasts are priced at £13 unless otherwise stated and include Duck Fat Roasties, Giant Yorkshire Pud, Vegetables and Rich Reduction Gravy - all cooked on the day.

For the under 10's the Orange Pips menu is available at lunchtimes and Sundays (including smaller roasts).
